Here’s a list of gasoline stations to implement fuel price hike effective January 15.

FUEL PRICE HIKE – Here is a list of gasoline stations to implement the fuel price hike with the respective amounts which will be effective in January 15 at 6:00 am.

Last January 8, 2019, in a previous article, fuel station have already observed a hefty increase in fuel prices in the Philippines. And as much as anyone is probably aware, in increase in fuel affects the rate of the minimum fares in jeepneys and other public transportation.

Indeed, fuel has already become a commodity of today as the people would rather take vehicles using fuel to reach their destination swiftly such as in work and in school. However, a continuous price hike seems affecting them so much especially the commuters when it comes to their fares.

In a published report from CNN dated January 12, the Department of Energy (DOE) confirmed that a big-time oil price increase is scheduled. The DOE spokesperson Wimpy Fuentebella said, “We don’t give the figures and we let the oil players explain.”

U.S. and Kuwait crude oil prices rising and other global factors are affecting and attributing to the fuel price hike.

And recently, in a reports from ABS-CBN’s Twitter page, several gasoline stations announced their implementation of fuel price increase with respective amounts effective this Tuesday, January 15.
