Have Kris Aquino camp warned TV5 network over broadcasting the side of Falcis brothers about their issue.
KRIS AQUINO CAMP – The legal camp of Kris Aquino sent a letter to TV5 network reminding them to be careful on broadcasting the side of story of the Falcis brothers.
In a previous article, the Falcis brothers backfired to Kris Aquino following her camp, the Divina Law Office, sent a letter to the TV5 network indicating in their statement to be careful when it comes to airing their side regarding their issues.
Nicko and Jesus were then lambasted in an entertainment website diverting the main issue, the theft complaints, into bullying, as what they would always emphasized in their every statement.
“Your army of lawyers tried to establish media blackout by sending ‘strongly worded memos to them and even tasked your paid entourage to fish for information from all EX-KCAP employees,” says Nicko in his statement.
He also added, “Stop bullying the media. Stop bullying our family! You are not the queen and we will NOT bend the knee! No to bullies and power tripping! Do not curtail our freedom of speech!”
This was after the Divina Law Office sent a letter to the TV5 Network stating a reminder to be careful in airing the side of the Falcis brother when it comes to their issues “without verifying the allegations or securing the side/explanation of our client”.
Thus, the network addressed this issue saying that they are not taking and that they are actually being fair on both sides despite the fact that Atty. Jesus Falcis is working under them.
As relayed by the reporter, “Kami po sa News5 ay tinitiyak na patas ang aming pagbabalita at sinisikap na kunan ng panig ang bawat kampong sangkot sa isyu. Bagamat meron pong programa sa Radyo Singko ang kapatid ni Nicko na si Atty. Jesus Falcis ay wala po kaming pinapaboran.”
