Demi-Leigh Nel Peters – Miss universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel Peters announced her engagement with her boyfriend Tim Tebow on social media.

South African model and beauty queen Demi-Leigh Nel Peters was crowned as Miss Universe 2017. She was the second representative from South Africa that won the prestigious pageant.

On a segment of the Miss Universe pageant, Demi stated that she wanted to have a self-defense workshop for the women and teach them how to protect themselves.

During the reign of Demi-Leigh Nel Peters, she was able to visit several countries including the Philippines, Mexico, Ecuador, and Thailand among others.

The beauty queen was in Thailand last month to hand over the crown to the new Miss Universe from the Philippines Catriona Gray.

Nel Peters recently shared the news on her Instagram account with pictures of them together in a beautiful garden.

In the caption of the photos, she wrote: “Any dreams I’ve ever had, you’ve exceeded them all! I love you and I can’t wait to spend forever with you! @timtebow”

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old football player, Tim Tebow, also posted the same pictures on his Instagram account. He expressed his thanks to Demi-Leigh Nel Peters for responding “YES” on his proposal.

“Thank you for saying YES and making me the happiest man in the world. You’re the love of my life, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you,” he said in his caption.
