Angel Locsin Reacts on Regine Velasquez’ Singing on The General’s Daughter OST
ANGEL LOCSIN – Actress Angel Locsin reacted on Regine Velasquez’ singing on the official soundtrack of her upcoming tv series.
Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin gained fame after her portrayal as Alwina on the fantasy tv series Mulawin. She starred the Kapuso show along with actors Richard Gutierrez and Dennis Trillo.
The actress later transferred to the Kapamilya network last 2007 and until then her showbiz is still successful wherever tv network she signed.
Angel Locsin was immediately offered a project by the ABS-CBN network as a lead actress of the fantaserye Lobo. She was the leading lady of the prominent actor John Lloyd Cruz.
The Kapamilya actress’ acting career developed and was even awarded on her great performances in movies.
Angel Locsin is currently busy on her upcoming tv series at the Kapamilya network titled The General’s Daughter. This is the latest tv series of Angel after five years.
The much-awaited action-drama series is about a female soldier who was trained to slaughter her own father, played by veteran actor Albert Martinez.
Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez performed the soundtrack of The General’s Daughter at the Sunday variety show ASAP last January 6.
The song was titled “Ikaw Ang Aking Mahal” which was composed by Velasquez’ husband, Ogie Alcasid.
Angel Locsin took to the social media to express her appreciation to Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid for creating and performing the song.
The actress shared a picture of Regine on her Instagram Story. It came with a caption “Thank you ate Regine &
“Such an honor. May the Lord bless you more for being so generous & so supportive,” she added.
On the bottom part of Angel’s post, she jokingly said that she could never sing the “Ikaw Ang Aking Mahal” song during mall shows.
“Goosebumps everytime kinakanta mo ang ‘Ikaw Lang Ang Aking Mahal’ ang powerful ng words at ng pagkanta.”
“Isa lang inaalala ko, Hindi ko makakanta ‘to sa mall show!” she added.
