Russia’s Hypersonic Missile System Ready To Deploy, Vladimir Putin Says

Russian President Vladimir Putin was claiming that their invulnerable nuclear missile is ready to deploy and will enter service next year.

Putin described the Russia’s new hypersonic missile system is invulnerable to the defenses of the United States.

The 66-year-old nation leader said that Russia is the first country in the world to have a new type of strategic weapon.

The politician also described the newly-discovered weapon as an excellent gift for Russia for the upcoming New Year.

“Russia is the first in the world to receive a new type of strategic weapon and this will reliably ensure the security of our state and of our people for decades to come,” Putin said.

The state-run Tass news service reported that Avangard hypersonic system has intercontinental range and could fly as fast as 15,000 miles per hour.

The Russian leader claimed that Avangard is practically invulnerable, which comes less than a month after the US said it would stop adhering to a decades-old nuclear treaty in 60 days of Moscow would comply.
