REGINE VELASQUEZ – Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez reacted on the Ateneo de Manila bullying incident.

Filipina actress, host, and singer Regine Velasquez transferred to the Kapamilya network after 20-decades in working with GMA-7.

Regine is the wife of the Filipino singer-composer Ogie Alcasid. The celebrity married couple has a son named Nathaniel James.

Ogie Alcasid transferred to ABS-CBN network two years ahead of Regine Velasques’ decision to switch networks.

The recent Ateneo de Manila University bullying incident caught the attention of Regine Velasquez. She spoke up regarding the viral video where a small student hurt his fellow student.

Regine took to the social media to express her opinion about the recent incident Junior High School students.

Regine Velasquez condemned the incident and said that kids have to know how to defend themselves against the bullies.

On her caption, she said: “I think we need to teach our children how to defend themselves. I don’t believe in violence but masama ba kung ipagtangol mo ang sarili mo?”
