Latest Updates About New Low-Pressure Area Expected To Enter PAR Released by PAGASA

The state weather bureau PAGASA has released the latest updates regarding the low-pressure area that was expected to enter PAR soon.

On Wednesday (December 19, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported the possible weather conditions in the country.

PAGASA said that the trough of a low-pressure area would affect the weather condition over the entire Mindanao carrying cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Aurora and Quezon as well as Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative, Bicol, and Eastern Visayas Regions would experience cloudy conditions with northeast monsoon with light rain due to the northeast monsoon.

Amihan would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather conditions with isolated light rain over the rest of Luzon and Visayas.

The coastal water conditions over northeast over northern Luzon, and the eastern sections of Central and southern Luzon, and the Visayas would be rough.

The surrounding sea conditions over the eastern Mindanao and the rest of Luzon and the Visayas would be moderate to rough.

Slight to moderate waters are expected over the remaining parts of Mindanao, according to the weather bureau.
