PAGASA said that the trough of a low-pressure area would affect the weather condition over the entire Mindanao carrying cloudy weather conditions with scattered

Aurora and Quezon
Amihan would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather conditions with isolated light rain over the rest of Luzon and Visayas.
The coastal water conditions over northeast over northern Luzon, and the eastern sections of Central and southern Luzon, and the Visayas would be rough.

The surrounding sea conditions over the eastern Mindanao and the rest of Luzon and the Visayas would be moderate to rough.
Slight to moderate waters are expected over the remaining parts of Mindanao, according to the weather bureau.
