DTI – The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) recently launched a program named “Presyong Risonable Dapat” at Robinsons Galleria Supermarket.

A report from Inquirer states that Presyong Risonable Dapat, or PRD for short, enables supermarkets to sell commercial rice and sugar, which are cheap. The Department of Trade and Industry says that the commercial rice cost at about ₱34 to ₱39 per kilo, and can be recently found at any Robinsons Supermarkets.

The refined sugar is also part of the PRD program, in which it costs ₱50 per kilo.

As per the report, Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez; Lance Gokongwei and Robina Gokongwei from Robinsons Corporation; and SRA Administrator Hermenegildo Serafica visited the launch at the Galleria Supermarket.
