Disappointed Bank Client Shares Sudden Loss of His P29k From Own Account

A disappointed bank client has shared his terrifying experience regarding the sudden loss of his P29,000 cash from his own account.

Nowadays, different modus operandi and schemes are already spreading all around the world used by thieves to rob their victims.

Several bank clients have already experienced the sudden loss of their hard-earned cash from their own account due to the schemes of hackers.

Recently, a Facebook user named Jester Menes Javierto has expressed his frustration with BDO bank after losing P29,000 cash.

Javierto narrated that he received a one-time password (OTP) on his mobile phone and received a call from a person who introduced himself as BDO personnel with a number “+63 918 617 0096”.

The bank client did not give any information but got shocked after learning that his account lost P29, 000 without his knowledge.

The disappointed man immediately reported the incident to the bank management for appropriate actions.

After 20 days, Javierto received a letter from BDO stating that they would not refund the amount taken from his bank account.

BDO explained that there is no breach or procedural lapses happened insisting that they are not liable for the loss.
