Michael V Speaks On the Transfer of Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez to the ABS-CBN Network
MICHAEL V – Prominent actor Michael V spoke about the transfer of Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez to the ABS-CBN network.
Filipino comedian, actor, and impersonator Michael V is a close friend of married celebrity couple Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez.
Beethoven Michael del Valle Bunagan or better known as Michael V is also a former colleague of the Alcasids at the GMA network.
He finally spoke on their transfer to the ABS-CBN network during the press con for the 23rd anniversary of his show Bubble Gang.
Based on a report from PEP, Michael V said he was not shocked by the decision of his close friend Ogie Alcasid and Velasquez to transfer networks.
Alcasid was his co-star on the gag show Bubble Gang then he decided to transfer to TV5 last 2013 and became a Kapamilya last 2016.
Regine Velasquez signed a two-year exclusive contract to the Kapamilya network last October after decades of working with GMA-7.
According to the report, Michael, Ogie, and Regine frequently spends time to talk, have some drinks, and sometimes share problems.
The comedian expressed that he’s happy about the decision of the married celebrity couple to switch networks.
“I think matagal na talagang… ano na ito, nakatadhana na ito na mangyari,” he said pertaining to their transfer of networks.
He said their decision did not only benefit them but also their fans.
“And yung decision nila, I think it’s for the best,” he added.
Michael V supports and is visibly happy to whatever Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez have decided for their career.
