Class Suspensions On Wednesday (October 31) Due To Typhoon Rosita

Several local government units have declared class suspensions over some parts of the country due to expected effects of Typhoon Rosita.

The classes in several areas have been suspended on Wednesday (October 31, 2018) because of the inclement weather condition brought by Typhoon Rosita.

On Tuesday morning (October 30, 2018), Typhoon Rosita lashes Isabela with ferocious winds and heavy rains after making a landfall.

Class Suspensions

Typhoon Yutu was still traveling across the country’s vicinity and expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday.

Some LGUs have declared the cancellation of classes in the following areas due to the typhoon:

Cagayan Valley

  • Cagayan – all levels (public and private)
  • Isabela – all levels (public and private)
  • Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya – all levels (public and private)

Central Luzon

  • Aurora – all levels (public and private)

Cordillera Administrative Region

  • Apayao – all levels (public and private)
  • La Trinidad, Benguet – all levels (public and private)
  • Mountain Province – all levels (public and private)

Ilocos Region

  • Ilocos Sur – all levels (public and private)
  • La Union – all levels (public and private)
  • Dagupan City – all levels (public and private)
  • Pangasinan – all levels (public and private)
