The state weather bureau PAGASA has released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country.

ON Tuesday (October 23, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the possible current weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) would affect the weather condition in several areas.

The weather agency said that the ITCZ would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Zamboanga Peninsula, ARMM, Soccsksargen, Davao Regions, and Palawan.

Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rainshowers are also expected to the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon would be moderate to occasionally rough.

The surrounding sea conditions over the rest of Luzon and Visayas would be light to moderate.

Moderate coastal waters over Mindanao is expected.

The weather bureau also advised the public to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides in the affected areas.
