Regine Velasquez was emotional as she bids goodbye in her former show in GMA
Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez went emotional in saying goodbye during the last episode of her her show in GMA, Sarap Diva.
The said show will now be replaced with Sarap Di, Ba? and this will feature Carmina Villaroel with her twins, Mavy and Cassy.
Despite of the controversy behind the network transfer of Regine, she seemed not making a big deal out of it.
The diva even retweeted the teaser of Sarap, Di Ba?
However, she did not hide her emotions as she thanked all the people she worked with for the past 6 years in the show.
During her last episode in Sarap Diva, which was aired last October 12, Regine Velasquez poured her emotions.
She recalled those memorable times she had with her co-workers.
Regine enumerated the people who helped her in the show. She thanked the bosses of GMA 7 and the people behind her cooking show.
“Most of all, hiningi ko talaga yung staff ko at writer ko. Like I said, I’m sure, hindi ako perfect na ka-trabaho, I’m sure merong mga times na nabubwisit kayo sa akin. So, pasensya,” the diva said.
Behind all of these, Regine Velasquez said she appreciates everything that was done to her by everyone in the show.
“I have six years of wonderful memories sa Sarap Diva. I love everyone that I worked with here,” she shared.
She also thanked all the people who supported her show throughout the years.
“We appreciate you guys watching Sarap Diva and this is not the end,” Regine said.
With tearful eyes, the Asia’s Songbird said her message to the network who took care of her for two decades.
“All I have is gratitude for GMA. Thank you very, very, very, very, very, very much for everything taking care of me, not just me but my whole family,” Regine Velasquez said.
