Latest Weather Updates Released By PAGASA
The state weather bureau PAGASA has released the latest weather updates in the country informing the Filipino people about the current weather condition.
On Monday (October 8, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released the latest weather updates in the country.
PAGASA reported that the country would have a fair weather condition aside from the scattered thunderstorms during afternoon and evening.
The eastern section of Mindanao will be affected by the Easterlies blowing from the Pacific Ocean.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country would have chances of isolated rain showers but will have a good weather condition.
A new low-pressure area (LPA) was also spotted at 1,030 kilometers east of Aparri, Cagayan, which was being monitored by PAGASA.
The weather disturbance has a slim chance of developing into a tropical cyclone and expected to dissolve on the next few days.
The weather agency also announced that coastal waters around the nation would be calm and sea venture remains safe.
