Thunderstorm Advisory Issued By PAGASA In The Following Areas
The state weather bureau PAGASA has issued a thunderstorm advisory over some parts of the country that might cause flooding.
On Monday (September 17, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) released a thunderstorm advisory in several areas.
PAGASA has raised the thunderstorm to warn the public regarding the heavy rains accompanied with thunderstorms.
The weather agency issued the advisory in the following areas:
- Metro Manila
- Quezon
- Rizal
- Batangas
- Cavite
- Laguna
- Nueva Ecija
- Bulacan
- Tarlac
The areas mentioned below are expected to experience light to moderate rains due to the current weather system.
The weather bureau also warned the resident of the affected areas to take precautionary measure since the heavy downpour could cause flash floods.
