Meet the MMDA officer who apprehended the arrogant lady motorist dubbed as 5-minute girl behind the “Where is my 5 minutes?” viral video.
The video footage of Christine Villamora Estepa dubbed as 5-minute girl arguing with MMDA spread like a wildfire online and has been the headlines of local news outlets and social media pages.
MMDA apprehended the rude lady after she illegally parked her vehicle along the road but tried to escape the enforcers.
Estepa refused to present her driver’s license and even shouted and quarreled with the traffic cops although she committed a traffic violation.
5-minute girl and her husband received massive criticisms from the online community because of their rude behavior.
Recently, the Facebook page of MMDA Spokesperson Celine Pialago has uploaded her photo together with the MMDA involved on the viral video of 5-minute girl.
