The heartbreaking video footage of a young victim of child abuse goes viral online and garnered various reactions from the social media users.
Child abuse is one of the major concern of the government not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.
The physical and verbal abuse against children are considered as a crime and strictly punishable by the law.
Recently, the Facebook page “Rmn Iloilo” has shared the video footage of a young girl who suffered physical injuries after her father’s live-in partner mauled her.
The video has been uploaded by a certain Ella Ni Justin, the auntie of the young child abuse victim.
In the video, it can be seen that the helpless girl suffered from bone fracture, hematoma, and wounds pointing her father’s live-in partner identified as Berna Espina as the suspect.
The mother of the child will sue Berna for abusing the young kid and to win the custody.
The authorities have already arrested Berna with the help of barangay officials and DSWD personnel.
The social media has also expressed their fury towards Berna for abusing the innocent child:
