Foreign National Witnesses Dirty & Chaotic Scene While Filming In Bacolod City
A foreign national has witnessed a dirty and chaotic scene while taking a video footage in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
The Facebook page “Bacolod Home of Negrenses” has uploaded the video clip taken by a foreign national exposing the dirty and chaotic city of Bacolod.
At first, the foreigner shows stray dogs roaming around the major highway of the city, which is obviously dangerous for the public and motorists.
The tourist also shows several motorists without wearing their helmets, which is a violation of traffic rules and regulations.
After a few moments, the foreign man went to the public plaza of Bacolod City and encountered prostitutes trying to extort money from him.
The Australian also showed how the two ladies (Probably Prostitutes) trying to steal the money from his pocket, which is extremely disgusting.
The video has a caption of:
“What is city veterinary office action regarding a lot of stray dog roaming around our major highway. Remember, this is being film by foreigner in our city. Aside from that it expose our dirty and chaotic City. With a lot of beggars and pokpok girl trying to steal money from this foreigner. This is a wake up call to our office. There are confidential report that the city of Bacolod politician employ troll account to defame the image of our twin city Iloilo. Why they result of doing this dirty tactic? It back fire to our City, it’s being expose in this video by foreign tourist. Kahuluya”
