Coach Freddie Roach Worries About Manny Pacquiao’s Shoulder Injury

Coach Freddie Roach has expressed his concern for the Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao over its shoulder injury from its fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Freddie Roach is worrying about Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao on its upcoming fight against Lucas Matthysse because of its shoulder injury.

Roach was claiming that Pacquaio’s shoulder did not yet fully recover from the injury he obtained against his match with Mayweather las October 2018.

Pacman’s longtime-trainer said that the Pinoy boxer’s shoulder was rehabilitated through prayer and swimming in the ocean.

However, the veteran coach said that Manny’s shoulder was still at stake especially when applying pressure on his upper body.

“But Manny has a bad shoulder. The rehab on that shoulder was done by praying and swimming in the ocean. That shoulder is still a dangerous thing especially when you’re conditioning by putting pressure on the upper body,” Roach said quoted by Remate.

After separating ways, Roach was still praying and hoping that Manny Pacquiao would win against Matthysse without him.

The 39-year-old boxer turned into Senator is now relying on his longtime-buddy and assistant coach Buboy Fernandez.
