Sunshine Cruz to possibly face charges filed against her by Kathy Dupaya.
SUNSHINE CRUZ – The drama actress Sunshine Cruz reacted when Brunei-based businesswoman Kathy Dupaya planned to file a case against her.
Last month, a lot of people were upon actress Sunshine Cruz and prominent businessman Joel Cruz’s revelations about being fooled by the businesswoman Kathy Dupaya.
Dupaya for her part, in a previous article, has indicated that she is not what they have accused her to be and was hurt by the accusations thrown at her. And what had hurt her, even more, is that even her close friend Sunshine also did the same thing to her and filed a case against her.
“Noong walang wala siya, ako po ang ka-text niya. Dinala ko siya sa Europe, dinala ko siya sa Singapore, balik-balik sa Brunei. Lahat ng luho niya, shopping niya, lahat! Kahit sinong kaibigan niya walang gagawa sa kaniya niyan,” the businesswoman said.
And now, in a report from Push, Sunshine will be facing libel case filed by Dupaya against her.
“Sa ngayon, di ba meron daw siyang case, hinihintay lang namin na matanggap yung subpoena, then from there let’s cross the bridge when we get there,” Cruz shared.
She added, “Sabi nga ng lawyer ko, aralin muna namin. Yon talaga ang pinakatamang gawin. Kasi up to now she’s not stopping, eh. Nakauwi na ako’t lahat galing sa Amerika pero hindi pa rin siya tumitigil talaga.”
For now, as per the report, she just wanted to focus on all positivities.
“I’m just very positive and thankful for all the blessings. Di ba, saan ka nakakita na magpu-forty-one bida sa isang serye, sa pelikula, at pinagkatiwalaan?”
