Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano has revealed something about his ASAP performance, which was linked to his current health condition.
Previously, the Filipino people were shocked after Gary Valenciano underwent a heart surgery because of his illness.
For the very first time, the Filipino celebrity has shared his current health condition and revealed something about 35th showbiz anniversary performance on ASAP.
Recently, the 53-year-old singer shared that he experienced chest pain during his ASAP performance during the celebration of his 35th showbiz anniversary.
The celebrity was not able to perform all that moves and staff he supposed to do because of extreme pain on his chest while performing “Hataw Na”.
“Umpisa pa lang ng number, nararamdaman ko na na sumisikip ang dibdib ko at may masakit dito sa gitna. Habang nagpe-perform ako, nararamdaman ko na na lalong sumasakit.” Valenciano said.
Valenciano has decided to consult a doctor after the incident and discovered that 95 percent of his main arteries are blocked.
The Kapamilya star undergoes a successful heart surgery, which leads to his fast recovery.
Unfortunately, the celebrity was admitted with kidney cancer prompting the medical experts to perform surgery to remove the 30 percent of his kidney.
After the successful surgery, Gary is now free from cancer and he doesn’t need to undergo a chemotherapy or radiation.
