Robin Padilla Admits His Salary Sometimes Not Reaches Mariel

ROBIN PADILLA – Sana Dalawa Ang Puso Mo actor Robin Padilla revealed the reason why sometimes he fails to give his salary to his wife Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla.

Action star Robin Padilla is undeniably one of the Filipinos who are very manly in terms of physical form but have very soft hearts towards people who are in need of help.

Based on a report, he is one of those celebrities who are determined to help the people of Marawi rise from the aftermath of the unexpected incident that affected the lives of many Filipinos.

Robin Padilla does not hesitate to help other people despite the fact that he has a family to support to. He has a one-year-old daughter with his wife Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla named Maria Isabella. He also sends some of his other children to school.

Robin Padilla is currently active on show business. However, speaking to Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (PUSH) at an exclusive interview, the Kapamilya actor admitted that showbiz is not really his priority now.

According to Robin, showbiz is one of the branches of the industry which is not fair. Meanwhile, he expressed that he is finding a way to help fix the system in showbiz as he is hoping that if the system gets fixed, he would be interested to stay and work.

“Kasi ang nangyayari nauubos ako, eh. Yung suweldo ko nauubos, kasi yung nakikita kong injustice binibigay ko na lang sa tao which ako ang nasasakripisyo,” he expressed.

Based on the report, Robin Padilla added that he has his own “DSWD” and his salary sometimes does not reach his wife, Mariel. He cannot resist from lending a hand to people who are coming to him for help.

“Tatanungin ako ng asawa ko, asan yung suweldo, eh, ano, eh… ganun, eh... Wala tayong magagawa, may humihingi ng tulong,” the actor said.

When the idea that he can run for a seat in the government to be able to help more people was raised, Robin Padilla stressed that he will not seek a government position. According to him, a senator has a low salary and he is sending his kids to school abroad and he also supports foundations.

“Hindi ako kikita diyan. Yan ay isang bagay na gagawin akong pulubi… Ang sarap ng buhay ko. Wala akong boss. Nagagawa ko yung gusto ko,” he said.
