Racist American Woman Told Filipino Family In California To Return To PH

A racist American woman told a Filipino family at a certain supermarket in California to go back to the Philippines.

Nowadays, we can usually see and read reports regarding the act of racism not only in Asia but also in different countries all around the world.

Racism is considered as an act of discrimination raising the concern of the national government for the victims of this inhumane act.

Recently, the Facebook page “Stumble & Rise” has shared the video clip of an elderly American woman harassing a Filipino family including a 5-year-old kid.

In the video, it can be seen that an elderly American woman was berating a Filipino family to go back to the Philippines.

However, the Filipino family did not argue with the racist woman despite all the negative words she spoke against them.

The video has a caption of:

“Ugh: A #FilipinoAmerican family was told to “go back to your country,” this time at Lucky Supermarkets in #DalyCity, CA. 
A woman begins harassing the family (including their 5 year old) in the checkout line. It’s amazing she feels entitled to spew racial hatred directly, loudly and publicly. We know this happens all the time, across America, but let’s spread this to increase awareness.”

The social media users have also expressed their disappointment towards the American woman:

Trisha Marfil: “She’s old. Soonest, she will end up in the nursing care home taking care by a Filipino care giver. “

VK M. Dela Cruz: “OMG..we’re not stealing your food,your job or whatever,we are paying everything..we are paying all the taxes that is due to the government..POOR old lady, mostly Fil. Who are here are well educated,they’ll just laugh at you and shrug their shoulders..”
