President Duterte Kisses Pinay OFW On Lips During Meeting
President Duterte has kissed a Pinay Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) on the lips during his meeting in Seoul, South Korea.
On Sunday (June 03, 2018), the video footage of President Rodrigo Duterte giving a kiss to a Pinay OFW during his meeting with the Filipino community in Seoul, South Korea has been uploaded online.
In the video, it can be seen that a Filipina migrant worker in South Korea went up on stage and teased by President Duterte for a kiss on the lips.
Mr. Duterte was also making gestures deems demanding a kiss from the Pinay OFW in front of the Filipino community.
After a few moments, the president and the Filipina worker draw closer and give a smooch to each other prompting the crowd to cause a deafening cheer throughout the entire event hall.
