In the video, Scarlet can be seen observing a newspaper when she spots a group photo, which turns out she was not counted in. Scarlet was then quick to point out her absence in the shot, with disappointment clearly etched on her face.

We ‘ll include you next time” Well, apparently, she saw a group photo with familiar faces but it turns out she was not included in the photo. She said, “No Scarlet,” Dra. Scarlet is the daughter of celebrity doctors Dra. Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho. Based on a previous report, she was conceived through In Vitro Fertilization. Her surrogate mother is reportedly a Mexican-American.
