WATCH: Floyd Mayweather Goes Island Hopping In Palawan

Floyd Mayweather explores El Nido, Palawan in style.

FLOYD MAYWEATHER- International Boxing Hall of Famer Floyd Mayweather Jr. relished the scenic spots in El Nido, Palawan.

Before the sun rises in the Pearl of the Orient on May 8, Mayweather landed in the capital of Manila alongside with The Money Team (TMT) and was welcomed by an array of flashy, luxurious cars including a Lamborghini Aventador.

Reports claim that the boxer arrived in Manila in his private jet which he also used for the rest of his recent tour in other Asian countries.

Based on a report from Rappler, Mayweather didn’t waste any time as he immediately jets off to Philippine’s popular destination El Nido, Palawan, hours after his arrival in the country’s metropolis.

The world’s richest athlete explored the primeval crystal clear waters and the dramatic limestone cliffs of the island with some associates from TMT and ABS-CBN’s Sports Correspondent Dyan Castillejo.

As reported, the entire team stayed at one of El Nido’s premier luxury resort in Pangalusian Island.

In a video footage shared by Dyan Castillejo on Twitter, the retired boxer can be seen reveling and grooving to Pangalusian Natives’ welcome song.

A photo captioned “Golden Hour” by Castillejo shows Mayweather catching the lingering rays of the glorious sunset in the tropical paradise.

As of the moment, The Money Team is bound to Manila for further activities lined-up in the boxer’s eventful trip.

According to Mayweather, his 6-year Filipina TMT Executive Assistant Marikit “Kitchie” Laurico is one of the main reasons why he decided to visit the country.
