And reportedly, for her upcoming concert, she refused to have a duet performance with Jake Zyrus who was then internationally known as Charice Pempengco.

According to a report from the Manila Flash, Celine Dion and her team reportedly “lost their interest” upon finding out that Jake’s voice has changed and lost the original one when he underwent hormone therapy.

Recalling, it was on 2008 when Celine and then-Charice had a duet at Madison Square Garden in New York where the former was really impressed by the latter’s talent.

In another report, with the changed on Jake’s life, Celine Dion expressed a message to him.

The “My Heart Will Go On” singer indicated, “I just wished him the very, very best. I hope that acceptance is hard but we have to… we cannot start by judging because is there a final answer really? If you feel a certain way, you feel that way. We can talk about it, but this is how you feel, and this is how I feel, but this is how Charice felt, and we have to respect that.”
