Congressman Rolando Andaya Jr. Shouts, Threatens Sagip Kalikasan Member
Camarines Sur Congressman Rolando Andaya Jr. was caught on camera while shouting and threatening a Sagip Kalikasan member garnered online criticisms.
Public servants were placed in their position to serve the public with all their heart, mind, and strength. They were supposed to set a good example showing respect towards other people.
Government officials acquire their power and authority through the help of the people who voted them to the position.
Recently, the Facebook page “Trending News Viral” has uploaded the video footage of Congressman Rolando Andaya Jr. of Camarines Sur making a scandalous scene in public.
In the video, it can be seen that the public servant was raging and shouting at the Sagip Kalikasan member. He even choked the guy who attempted to stop him.

“Guys! Eto po yung congressman na mayabang, kung ano ano ang pinagsasabi at pinagbantaan pa yung member ng Sagip Kalikasan, Pati yung umaawat sinakal pa… Grabe! Public Servant pa man din ito tapos ganyan ang ugali.. Sya po si Camarines Sur Congressman Rolando Andaya Jr. paki SHARE na lang po para makarating ito kay President Duterte..”
