Self-Confessed Scammer Xian Gaza Asks Help From Supporters To Raise P160k For Bail, Is It Another Scam?
The self-confessed scammer Xian Gaza were asking help from his supporters to raise an amount of P160, 000 for his bail, is it another scam?
On Thursday (April 12, 2018), Xian Gaza has voluntarily surrendered himself to the Malabon police after the Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court filed an arrest warrant against him.
Gaza was allegedly involved in a multi-billion investment scam and victimized numerous people.
The famous scammer was placed behind bars but asked help from his friend and supporters to raise about P160, 000 for his bail.
However, the Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court branches 56 and 120 has fixed Xian’s bail at P126, 000 for having 19 counts of violation of the anti-bouncing checks law.
Xian needs to pay P2, 000 each for eight counts filed by Jaime Asuncion and P10, 000 each of the 11 counts filed by Melinda Cruz.
The detainee also admitted his mistakes of becoming a scammer and fraud and expressed his willingness to change for the better.
Last year, Xian Gaza rose to make after inviting the popular actress Erich Gonzales for a coffee date through posting it on a billboard.
