Returning Actor JM de Guzman Admits Feeling Overwhelmed
JM DE GUZMAN – Kapamilya actor and singer JM de Guzman revealed what he is going through now following his release from the rehabilitation center.
It is no secret to the public that Kapamilya actor JM de Guzman entered rehab that is why he had a showbiz hiatus for two years. Many of his fans and supporters really waited for his comeback on the television screen.
JM is undeniably one of the excellent actors under the ABS-CBN network. Based on the report, his movie with Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban, the That Thing Called Tadhana, is one of the films that hooked the viewers and gathered positive feedback from the people.
Many people even want a part two of the movie starring JM de Guzman and Angelica Panganiban.
After his two-year showbiz hiatus for rehab, JM de Guzman was given another chance to get back on his career and make more projects that are really much-awaited by his fans and supporters.
Based on the recent report in Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub (PUSH), the Kapamilya actor admitted that he was given a rare chance that is why he is really grateful for it. He wants to keep himself grounded now and work on his job.
JM also apologizes to his fans and supporters for letting them down. He expressed his gratitude to them for their love, support, forgiveness, and for welcoming him again. Though he refused to promise anything, the actor expressed that he will really try his best.
According to the report, JM de Guzman is still undergoing daily counseling sessions now. The actor expressed that it is part of slowly building his confidence again “from the scratch”. He admitted that his reality now is overwhelming but also makes him anxious sometimes.
“Sabi ko nga, ‘Totoo ba ito, o baka naman naaawa lang sila sa akin?’ Overwhelming pero minsan nakaka-anxious din,” he said.
JM de Guzman is back on the TV screen and he is part of the upcoming ABS-CBN television series Araw Gabi together with showbiz newbie Barbie Imperial. The TV series is set to be released this April.
