Another Pinoy Artist Plays The Lead Role On Broadway Event
Another Pinoy artist named Joshua dela Cruz has played the lead role in a Broadway’s musical event entitled “Aladdin”.
The Filipino people are known to be one of the most talented and skillful people not only in the country but also in different countries all around the world.
Usually, Filipino excels in different competitions around the globe because of their natural skills and talent gave by God.
In previous Broadway events such as Miss Saigon, Les Miserables, Here Lies Love, The King and I, and Flower Drum Song were also filled with Filipino casts.
Today, Joshua dela Cruz, a Filipino artist takes the titular role in another Broadway event making our countrymen proud of their nationality.
Dela Cruz is a graduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts graduate from Montclair State University in New Jersey with Bicolano and Ilocano bloodlines.
He has been also featured on non-Broadway Here Lies Love and Merrily We Roll Along before having the lead role on Aladdin.
The Filipino artist also recovered from a knee surgery, which prompted him to miss the opening night but was able to play the main role on his second day in the set and executed it flawlessly on stage.
