A patient expresses its disappointment towards the hospital staff at Kabankalan District Hospital in Negros Occidental for neglecting their patients.

Recently, a Facebook user named Kirito ThreeFour Tanilon has shared the incompetent and poor quality service of Kabankalan District Hospital.

Tanilon narrated that the hospital staff and nurses were busy at their cellular phones instead of attending their patients.

The concerned netizen said that the hospital nurses and staff allegedly ignored his wounded father who got injured due to a motorcycle accident.

He also exposed that the crew of the Kabankalan District Hospital was still lacking medical knowledge in applying first aid and in treating their patients,

The latter said that it took about 23 minutes before the nurses attended his father who was enduring his wounds due to an accident.

  2. … awaiting xray perhaps? maybe also at this time first aid was already given and awaiting er doctor perhaps to clearly evaluate the patient for further management otherwise nurses cannot intervene without a doctors order. Or could be they are volunteers/nsg students /juniors with limited delegated tasks.. And I think we should hear their sides first before jumping to a conclusion of neglect/ignoring patient’s care..

  3. This is true. My mother was once a patient of this hospital and I can really testify how they treat patients. Patients need to wait before they can receive treatment and nurses are rude. Try to make a survey of their patients’ satisfaction so that you will know that we’re many who weren’t satisfied mistreated.
