  1. Hi.. i already have a UMID issued by SSS and i recently applied for another one from GSIS since i am already working at a govt agency now. It has already been more than a year and i have not received a new card from GSIS. I am thinking that maybe the reason for the delay is bec. I already have the SSS umid. What should I do now? Do i just need to update it? If yes, with which agency? I’d really appreciate if my questions can be answered here since GSIS itself do not know what i need to do. Thank you so much in advance.
