Netizen Lambasts BDO: “Sa bdo hindi ka lang mananakawan, pwede ka din pala gawan ng utang”
A netizen named Sherri Ann Santos has posted her message to BDO saying “Sa bdo hindi ka lang mananakawan, pwede ka din pala gawan ng utang.”
Nowadays, bank fraud is one of the most popular types of scams not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.
Bank fraud is an illegal act of the scammers using false information to obtain money, assets, or property of depositors and other financial institutions.
Recently, a Facebook user identified as Sherri Ann Santos has expressed her disappointment on Banco De Oro (BDO) over its alleged insecurities.
Santos narrated that her sister made its recent withdrawal last January 12, 2018, with a P368.85 balance left.
Unfortunately, since January 15, 2018, there are unauthorized deposits and withdrawals happened leading her sister to obtain a debt of P4, 151 on the bank.
She is puzzled on how could the depositors withdraw an amount bigger than they had deposited in the bank and expressed her disappointment to BDO’s security.
The netizen is also urging BDO clients to immediately close their accounts because of the bank’s alleged unsafe security.

“Sa bdo hindi ka lang mananakawan, pwede ka din pala gawan ng utang. Bdo’s security is Bull(–foul word(s) removed–). This is my sister’s account solely for remittance purpose, her last withdrawal was in Subic that was January 12, 2018. She left 368.85 pesos on the account. There are unauthorized deposits and withdrawals since January 15, 2018.. Yesterday she received a letter from bdo informing her of the outstanding debt worth 4151 pesos. Makakapagwithdraw ka pala kahit 368.85 nalang ang natira. KAILAN PA NAGING CREDIT CARD ANG DEBIT CARD?? Wow!! I thought sinisiraan lang ang bdo, dahil di pa nangyari sakin, until nangyari to sa sister ko. So guys, totoo pala!! Close your accounts asap! Coz bdo is no longer safe. #BDO #BDOVICTIM
