MARK ANTHONY FERNANDEZ – The 39-year-old actor Mark Anthony Fernandez clarifies the allegation that he got two policewomen pregnant.
According to a previous article, the actor has been arrested for possessing at least a kilogram of Marijuana and got imprisoned at the Angeles City Jail in San Fernando, Pampanga in October 2016 and was freed on December 22, 2017.
He accordingly violated Republic Act of 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Acts of 2002.
Upon his imprisonment, he had allegedly got two lady officers pregnant which shocked a lot of people.
But in a report from the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep), the actor himself dismissed the allegations and indicated that it was just “fake news”.
“Fake news po yun,” he denied.
He even shared that it was Claudine Barretto who informed him that he was on news.
“Actually, si Miss Clau [Claudine Barretto] ang nagbanggit sa akin na, ‘Uy, nasa news ka. I-check mo,” he said.
The actor furthermore indicated, “Wala po talagang nangyari. Hindi totoo. Nagawan lang ng isyu, nagawan lang ng kuwento.”
Moreover, the actor shared that the first thing he did after he got out from jail is that he prayed and cried.
“Nagyakapan kami ng lawyer ko, si Attorney Sylvia Flores, tapos nagpaalam ako sa inmates ko,” he said.
He was also asking forgiveness to his mother Alma Moreno again and again and promised that it won’t happen again.
After freedom, the actor has signed a contract with the Viva Artists agency and is going to have a movie again with former love team and girlfriend Claudine Barretto.
He is thankful for the chance and the opportunity given to him.
