PAGASA Latest Weather Updates
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has released the latest weather updates.
On Friday (January 19, 2018), the state weather bureau PAGASA said that there is no weather disturbance affecting the Philippines, but the country could experience cloudy skies with scattered rains.
However, easterlies could affect the weather in some areas in the country including Cagayan Valley, Bicol region, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, Aurora, and Quezon.
The weather agency also warned the resident living in low-lying areas to prepare for possible flash floods and landslides in mountainous areas because of the blowing winds from the east.
Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country would have cloudy skies with isolated rains according to PAGASA.
