PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Advisory On Wednesday (January 17)

Here is the latest weather advisory released by the state weather bureau PAGASA as of Wednesday (January 17, 2018).

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has released the latest weather conditions in the country.

The state weather bureau that cloudy skies with scattered rains will affect Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Bicol Region due to the tail-end of a cold front.

The Northeast monsoon or locally known as Amihan will bring might to isolated rains in Cagayan VALLEY, Ilocos Region, and CAR.

Meanwhile, rain shower and thunderstorms are expected in the Visayas and Mindanao due to the low-pressure area (LPA) spotted near the area.

The cl(–foul word(s) removed–) in some provinces in the Philippines has been also suspended because of the inclement weather brought by the tail-end of a cold front.

PAGASA also alerted the residents living in the low-lying areas of possible flooding and landslides in mountainous areas.

The weather agency also warned the fisher folks near the coastal areas that sea travel remains risky due to the rough waters.
