Celine Dion Invites Filipino Fans to Watch Her Manila Concert

Award-winning singer Celine Dion went to social media to invite her Filipino fans to watch her first-ever concert in the country.

Celine Dion is coming to Manila this 2018 for the Philippine leg of her “CELINE DION LIVE 2018 Tour” which will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena on July 19.

In a post on Facebook on Wednesday, January 17, Celine Dion said: “Hello Manila! This is Celine Dion and I’m coming to sing to you for the very first time in my whole life!”

The 49-year-old singer gained worldwide recognition with her popular hits such as; “The Power of Love,” “It’s All Coming Back To Me Now,” “All By Myself,” “Tell Him” (with Barbra Streisand), “That’s The Way It Is,” “I’m Your Angel,” “If You Asked Me To,” and “To Love You More.”

Celine Dion is also regarded as the “Queen of Movie Themes.”

She is the voice behind “My Heart Will Go On (from “Titanic”), “Because You Loved Me” (from “Up Close and Personal”), “Beauty and the Beast, “When I Fall In Love” (from “Sleepless in Seattle”), and “The Prayer” (her duet with Andrea Bocelli from the animated film “The Magic Sword”).

Celine Dion or Céline Marie Claudette Dion in real life was supposed to hold a concert in the Philippines in 2014 but had to cancel at the last minute to care for her late husband Rene Angelil, who died of cancer.
