SHERWIN GATCHALIAN – The Senator Sherwin Gatchalian clarifies his reasons for over controversial cursing and profanities on Twitter.

Lately, one of the senators of the country, Sherwin Gatchalian, has been involved in a controversial exchange of heated words in a certain social media platform.

It was after a certain netizen has replied to Maria Ressa’s post on Twitter which indicated “trapo kayo gatchalian at angara.”

To which has loosened the patience of the senator as he replied gago (stupid) to that certain netizen and called another one ulol (deranged).

The senator has been lambasted by the netizens over his use of expletive words in a public platform such as the social networking site Twitter.

Accordingly, as per the comments, the netizens seemed does not agree to the behavior the politician showcased considering his position in the country and the reputation he has.

While others have doubted that it was him who is replying and they even thought that the account was hacked but the senator himself has admitted that it was him.

And based on the report of the GMA, through a text message, the politician explained he has been “provoked” for years.

He said, “First, these are trolls. They have been provoking me since before the campaign. They’re designed [to] demean you to bring out the worst in a person.”

He then noted, “Second, I’m also human like everyone else. I have a breaking point. I can tolerate insults and criticisms pero may hagganan din ako.”

Definitely, the senator is just like any other human beings who also reaches the breaking point of his patience and tolerance.
