MANDALUYONG CITY – The Mandaluyong City police chief Senior Supt. Moises Villaceran and 10 others have been fired over deadly shooting of probably mistaken identity.
It was the National Capital Region Police Office Oscar Albayalde who fired the police officers following the shooting of probably a mistaken identity.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said on Friday that the matter “will be investigated fully even if there appears to be excessive force utilized by police authorities.”
He further noted, “It’s also proper that policemen involved have been disarmed and their movements restricted.”
