Another Scandal Of Noynoy Aquino, Garin Allegedly Wasted P9-B Exposed
Another scandal of former President Noynoy Aquino and ex-Health Secretary Janette Garin allegedly wasted P9 billion has been finally exposed.
Previously, former President Benigno Aquino III has been the headlines of several local news outlets and social media pages because of the alleged anomaly on Dengvaxia vaccine administered to over 700, 000 public school students.
Recently, the Facebook page “Thinking Pinoy” managed by the Filipino blogger and government employee RJ Nieto has exposed another scandal involving former health secretary Janette Garin on allegedly misused of billion for a project that didn’t pull through.
Nieto said in the post that the patients injected with the controversial anti-dengue shots should visit barangay health centers for medical assistance.
Thinking Pinoy page also revealed most of the barangays doesn’t have health centers despite the P9 billion budget allocated by the Aquino administration in 2016 for the said program.
The blogger also accused that the ex-health secretary Garin has dislodged Philhealth and said that the overwhelming amount of money supposed to go to the health centers got wasted.

Matatapos sa ang 30-month protective period (kung totoo man yan) ng mga naturukan ng Dengvaxia sa 4th Quarter ng 2018, at dahil mahihirap ang karamihan ng apektado nito, inaasahang mga barangay health centers ng Department of Health (Philippines) ang una nilang lalapitan para sa tulong, tulad ng impormasyon kung paano maiibsan ang risk ng dengue, hanggang sa pangunang lunas para sa mga madadapuan ng sakit na ito.
Pero may problema: walang health centers ang karamihan sa mga barangay sa Pilipinas, at mukhang mabinbin ang P9-billion na inilaan ng Pamahalaang Aquino para sa pagpapatayo ng 3,200 Health Centers dahil sa pagmamadali ni Department of Budget and Management Abad at Health Sec. Janet Garin.
CLUE: Ni-release ang P9 billion para sa mga Health Centers KASABAY ang P3.5 billion para sa Dengvaxia.
