StarStruck Reportedly Returns On Kapuso Network In 2018

StarStruck returns in Kapuso network.

STARSTRUCK – The reality-based artista search Starstruck is reportedly set to air once again on the Philippine television and in any case, this will be their 7th season.

StarStruck is a reality talent competition aired in the media networking giant GMA.

It debuted on October 27, 2003, and has since become one of the most popular shows reality competition programs on Philippine television.

The reality show aims and seeks to discover new actors (or stars) in the country through a series of nationwide auditions.

This show is also the initial step of some of the big stars nowadays to which some of them are  Mark Herras, Jennylyn Mercado, Yasmien Kurdi, Nadine Samonte, Cristine Reyes, Miguel Tanfelix, Bea Binene, Mike Tan, Ryza Cenon, LJ Reyes, Megan Young, Jackie Rice, Arci Muñoz, Aljur Abrenica, Mart Escudero, Kris Bernal, Paulo Avelino, Sarah Lahbati, Enzo Pineda, Rocco Nacino and Sef Cadayona.

And the recent winners on its 6th season are Migo Adecer, who represented Mandaluyong, and Klea Pineda, who represented Caloocan City, winning in 2015.in

And now, according to a report from the Philippine Entertainment Portal (Pep), the reality show is set to be aired once again after a two-year hiatus.

The GMA network has not yet announced further details about the comeback in terms of nationwide auditions and the hosts.

Meanwhile, two new original singing competitions will also be aired on the Kapuso network in next year.

One of which is entitled The Clash which is tagged by the network as a “cutthroat search” where undiscovered vocal talents are to compete against each other.

This will be accordingly hosted by Regine Velasquez.

Another is the Center Stage.
