The Pinay household worker said that she is happy and enjoying her job although some people consider nannies and domestic helpers as lowly jobs.

I think I am proud of my job because I love what I’m doing. I like being with children, they return the love that you give to them,” Melanie said quoted by Rachfeed.

Melanie’s ticket back to the country was sponsored by Air Arabia.

The awarding ceremony was hosted by a Wealth management platform for migrant workers called Rise. Manansala was the second Pinay domestic helper in a row awarded by the award-giving body because of their loyalty.
