Former Filipina Beauty Queen Maria Isabel Lopez To Appear At LTO Office
The former Pinay beauty queen Maria Isabel Lopez was set to show up at LTO office to respond to the charges against her for breaching ASEAN lane.
Previously, the Filipina actress and former beauty queen Ma. Isabel Lopez has brought the social media by storm after posting her controversial video breaching the lane reserved for the international guests of the 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit.
Lopez has removed the cones that serve as blockages to prevent regular vehicles to pass through the ASEAN lane. Her act was considered as a traffic violation, which might cause harm to ASEAN delegates and other motorists.
The actress has disregarded the traffic signs and violated the Anti-Distracted Driving Act. The driver’s license of the 55-year-old celebrity might be suspended or revoked due to her irresponsible action.
The former beauty queen has also issued a public apology for her for breaching the lane reserved for the ASEAN guests after realizing her mistakes.
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned Lopez to show up at their office on Thursday (November 16, 2017) to explain why her non-professional license should not be suspended or revoked.
The celebrity will appear at the LTO office on Thursday to respond to the charges filed against her because of her violation.
