KAPAMILYA Versus KAPUSO Primetime Series Nationwide Ratings (Oct 30-Nov 3)

Here is the list of primetime series nationwide ratings of the Kapuso and the Kapamilya network.

RATINGS – The AGB Nielsen and the Kantar Media-TNS reveal the primetime series nationwide ratings of the Kapuso and the Kapamilya network on October 30 to November 3.

Being the two of the biggest media companies in the Philippines, the ABS-CBN and the GMA, the comparison and rivalry against each other definitely could not be helped.

During the night, the said two television networks had primetime shows top-billed by their respective brightest stars the reason why people or the audiences cannot choose and decide right away on what to watch.

Divided as it may seem when it comes to their audiences, the AGB Nielsen and the Kantar Media-TNS, two of the respected companies to measure the ratings of these shows revealed the numbers of the shows.

AGB Nielsen “uses a panel size of 1,980 homes based solely in urban areas that represent only 57 percent of the total Philippine TV viewing population”.

They only focus on the Urban areas alone, not the whole country.

The Kantar media “uses a panel size of 2,610 of rural and urban homes which represents the 100 percent of the total Philippine TV viewing population” which means they get the nationwide ratings of the programs.

The programs from the respective networks which airs on the same time slot were the one being compared to.

As such, the programs which tend clash with each other every night are FPJ’s Ang Probinsiyano versus Super Maam, La Luna Sangre versus Alyas Robinhood, and The Good Son versus My Korea Jagiya.
