Philippines bet for the Miss Globe 2017 denied the lip-syncing issue.
MISS GLOBE 2017 – The country’s bet Nelda Ibe for the Miss Globe 2017 denied the issue of getting eliminated from the talent portion of the competition over alleged of doing lip-sync.
The Philippines’ bet for the said competition of beauty and brains has stated that there is no truth in the rounding rumors of her being eliminated after doing a lip-sync in the talent portion.
The issue about the 23-year-old beauty queen has surfaced on November 3.
The said fake news has spread all over the reports like wildfire.
On the Instagram account of the beauty queen and the licensed pilot is where she clarified the issue.
She said, “I wasn’t present during the announcement of the winners during the talent show ( that’s why everyone is making rumors that I was eliminated) kasi dinala na po ako sa hospital right after I performed. Yes, I wasn’t feeling well but still I want to show up and the organizers know that.”
The statement has along with the hashtag “#notofakenews”.
However, according to a report from PEP, despite the issue and the allegations, the beauty queen was able to snatch the first runner-up bringing another pride to the country in the field of pageantry.
Her success is also the success of the country and the Filipino people are so happy for the victory she brought to the country.
Meanwhile, the candidate representing the country of Vietnam Do Tran Khanh Ngan was the one who was crowned as this year’s Miss Globe.
Miss Siberia Elena Latypova is the second runner-up, Alessia Coku from Albania is the third runner-up and the one who bagged the fourth runner-up is Miss Cape Verde Simone Heijligers.
