Alleged Sinkhole Found In EDSA Connecticut
An alleged sinkhole was discovered by the authorities in EDSA Connecticut before the DPWH has patched the area was caught in the camera.
Sinkhole is a cavity or a hole in the ground, which was caused by water erosion giving a route for surface water to disappear on the ground. Its size varies from 1 to 600 meters depending on the soil.
The sinkhole or swallow hole could be gradually or suddenly occur in different areas all around the world without any noticeable signs.
Recently, a Twitter user named Divine Reyes has uploaded the photos and a video of an alleged sinkhole found in EDSA Connecticut, which spotted last Wednesday (October 18, 2017).
Mr. Bong Nebrija of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said that the part of the road where the sinkhole was found needs an overall reconstruction instead of a repair to ensure the safety of the motorists and bypassers.

The photos also show the sinkhole being repaired by the personnel of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
