JAKE ZYRUS – The Filipino transgender singer and formerly Charice Pempengco, Jake Zyrus, was emotional when his grandmother Lola Thess, attended his first concert with a brand new identity.
For the past months, formerly Charice Pempengco made the headlines on several news with his shocking revelation on changing his name to Jake Zyrus, undergoing breast removal, new relationship, and a rift with his mother which went viral online.
But then, despite these setbacks in his life after the shocking revelation and coming out, a great come back has come his way.
With his brand new identity and self, without any traces of Charice in curly hair clad in a ruffled dress, he offered those who support him a concert.
This is his concert for the first time as Jake Zyrus and it has been given a title “I Am Jake Zyrus.”
During his concert, he got emotional when his grandmother came to attend the event.

On the Instagram account of Jake Zyrus is where he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people who attended the concert and the persons behind the success of the event.
He shared photos and tagged it along with a written caption that says, “Maraming salamat po sa mga nanood ng I Am Jake Zyrus. Di parin ako makapaniwala na tapos na. Parang nananaginip parin ako.
