President Duterte Admits He Was Once Hospitalized Due To Massive Hematoma Caused By Extreme Hazing
President Rodrigo Duterte admitted that he was once victimized by extreme hazing and suffered hematoma same with Atio Castillo’s condition.
Previously, the news about the death of UST law student Horacio “Atio” Castillo III due to fatal hazing implicated by the members of Aegis Juris Fraternity has shocked the entire Philippines and it garnered different reactions from the public.
The 22-year-old freshmen law student at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) suffered from Massive hematoma caused by the intense hazing after attending the welcoming rites of the fraternity group, according to the result of the investigation.
Recently, President Duterte revealed that he was once hospitalized due to extreme hazing and also suffered from Massive hematoma similar with the condition of Atio Castillo.
“Kaya ako, three days ako umuwi kaagad ako. Pa-ospital. Massive hematoma,” said by Duterte.
However, Mr. Duterte did not clarify whether the hazing was a part of the initiation rites for the new members of San Beda College fraternity Lex Talionis.
The president also revealed that the members of the fraternity are crueler when it comes to the children of high-profile personalities, as he was asked if he was the son of the late Davao Governor Vicente Gonzales Duterte.
