Marlou Arizala, now known as Xander Ford, has been the talk online these past few weeks.

The social media personality gained attention anew when he announced that he has undergone cosmetic enhancement procedure.

Alleged post-operation photos of him even surfaced on social media but he refuted that it was him on the picture.

While he’s known as a social media personality and former member of the group, Hasht5, here are some of the interesting facts about Marlou Arizala before he became Xander Ford according to PEP.ph.

1. He is a former member of Hasht5.

“Have A Succesful Honor and Talent” or popularly known as Hasht5 is a boy band parody whose videos became viral in 2015. Aside from Marlou, the group also include Vincent Binocas, Cee Jhay Ellero, Jhimwell Macanlalay, and Erick Ebreo. However, Marlou left the group in 2016.

2. He was a former choir member.

3. He used to be a cigarette vendor.

Marlou used to sell cigarettes to earn money for school tuition and his allowance.

4. He has appeared in several TV shows and even had a cameo in a movie.

Marlou has appeared in defunct ABS-CBN teleserye Dolce Amore starring Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano. He also appeared in Home Sweetie Home topbilled by John Lloyd Cruz and Toni Gonzaga, and the GMA News TV program Day Off.

Marlou even had a cameo in comedy movie Mang Kepweng Returns starring Vhong Navarro.

5. He is non-apologetic about wanting to improve his physical appearance.
